A simple design and fabrication of polarization reconfigurable antenna for industrial scientific and medical-band applications

<span lang="EN-US">This paper proposes a simple microstrip patch antenna (MPA) that can reconfigure its polarization states from linear to circular in real-time by means of PIN diode. An is fed 50 Ω coaxial cable through the substrate Teflon with relative permittivity 2.15. The proposed possesses one-sided corner truncated achieve reconfigurability. A diode loaded connect main and further maintain dual such as (LP) (CP). Advanced design system (ADS) was used simulator simulate antenna, good understanding obtained between simulated measured results. Measured results showed agreement at all working frequencies interest. It shows minimum reflection coefficient gain -10 dB scattering bandwidth 100 MHz for LP 170 CP states. also an axial ratio 1.56 CP, cross-polarization level satisfying range.</span>
